Media Consultation: CA State Fair’s First Cannabis Fair Experience and Media Preview of Award Winners

Sacramento, California – (BUSINESS WIRE) – July 8, 2022

Please join us for a private media preview for the first time ever CA Cannabis Exhibit and Cannabis Award Winners At the CA State Fair & Food Festival, Wednesday, July 13, before the fair opens to the public. The media are invited to preview the 7,500-square-foot exhibit celebrating the California cannabis industry, the inaugural Cannabis Flower Awards winners and educational presentations, and to meet some of the all-time Golden Bear winners. Over 300 entries were evaluated for this year’s competition. A total of 60 awards and medals were awarded.

Members of the media will be among the first to be taken on an educational journey about the cannabis plant, as well as exploring the history and current landscape of cannabis in California. Exhibitors, speakers and growers will be on hand to bring this vibrant industrial display to life. The 166th California State Fair opens to the public Friday, July 15, and runs through July 31, at Cal Expo Fairgrounds.
