LAS CRUCES — Sol Cannabis, an East Idaho Avenue company that sells cannabis to adults and operates a licensed consumption lounge, said it would stop allowing patrons to use cannabis on an outdoor patio to comply with city law. Businessmen said Sun News The “misunderstanding” led Sol to believe her actions were in accordance with the law since the company passed a city inspection and the city, they claim, was aware of their activities.
City of Las Cruces employees have denied giving the company approval to operate an outdoor lounge.
But Las Cruces City’s chief planner, Katherine Harrison Rogers, told Sun News On April 20, law enforcement visited Seoul that day and determined that “all activities were indoor” and “from our investigation, everything appeared to be consistent.”
