German Health Minister Karl Lauterbach has released the government he is closely watching suggestion To legalize adult use of cannabis. Lauterbach said the proposal must be confirmed to be in compliance with European Union and other international laws, according to press conference reports. A plan to decriminalize the possession of up to 30 grams of cannabis by adults in public or private places and the cultivation of up to three plants has been approved by the Cabinet.
