“As a growing industry in Massachusetts, it’s clear, post-legalization, that the demand for jobs and highly qualified people has skyrocketed — and that’s what we’ve been hearing from people in the community business,” said Melissa Buss, spokeswoman for Northern Essex Community College. “So we worked on developing a cannabis program.”
