Colorado’s first legal cannabis party bus is ready to hit the streets of Denver this week, offering shuttle services to and from the airport as well as organized tours of the city.
The Cannabis Experience will debut a 12-passenger bus, adorned with flowers and other hippie icons on the outside and inside, after a test run on Wednesday with friends and family owners Sarah Woodson and Terrence Hewing. But they are already accepting reservations for those seeking elevated transportation.
Although other cannabis buses have operated in Colorado before, they were technically not legal and all have been closed or forced to close by authorities. On the other hand, Experience Cannabis has a state-issued marijuana hospitality permit along with a city license.
