The owner of Toys R Us has filed a complaint against a Brooklyn marijuana store alleging that… The store’s logo is infringing and mitigating Federally registered trademarks of the national retailer.
According to the complaint, the Zaza R Us logo has a similar typeface to Toys R Us and a backwards R Us plus a hemp leaf in its center instead of the toy company’s star, Law360 reports.

In the complaint, Toys R Us owner Tru Kids alleges that the marijuana store’s operators are knowingly using the retailer’s national brand reputation to attract customers.
According to Law360, Tru Kids requests:
Zaza R Us banned from using its logo. The marijuana store is required to destroy any existing copies of the logo. Pay compensation.
