Expansion of medical marijuana in Texas failed in the Senate

An effort to expand a medical marijuana program in Texas Beyond Low THC CBD Oil Failed in the state legislature.

And Austin television station KXAN reported that a move to reduce criminal penalties for marijuana possession hasn’t worked either.


Lawmakers approved both bills, but the proceedings were then stalled in Senate committees.

It would be House Bill 1805 Increase the amount of THC Allowed in products manufactured and sold in the state’s MMJ program is from 1% by dry weight to 10 milligrams of THC by “unit dose”.
