Serves: 4 / Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time: 20 minutes
1. Use a large pot of water to a boil over high heat and cook the pasta until al dente according to the directions on the package.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the garlic, stirring often for 1 to 2 minutes until it just begins to brown. Toss the garlic with the artichokes in a large bowl.
3. When the pasta is done, drain it and add it to the artichoke mixture, then add the lemon juice, basil, and pepper. Gently stir and serve.
